Der Maurer (The Mason)
description
These are smallish, plain wooden bricks, in full and half sizes which build up pretty much like brick wall, with wooden windows and doors 'glazed' in coloured paper. They are distinguished by having recessed corner uprights into which the bricks slot (as they do into the uprights of the windows and doors). The corner uprights form part of a frame incorporating foundation and wall capping parts. There are triangular gable pieces onto which fit two part roofs.
